The Wichita Animal Shelter has a new way to view adoptable pets online. Animals available for adoption at the Wichita Animal Shelter are now being posted on the web site, www.PetHarbor.com. Use the link below to search www.PetHarbor.com for adoptable pets. The following instructions are to assist you on how to search for adoptable animals at the Wichita Animal Shelter:

• Enter your Zip Code in the appropriate field and click the "Find Shelters" button.

• Check the box next to "Wichita Animal Shelter" and click the "Search Now" button.

• Click the button for the appropriate type of animal that you are interested in adopting.

• You may specify the breed, gender or color of animal or click the "Search Now" button to see all the specified type of animals available for adoption.

If you see an animal you are interested in adopting, vist the Wichita Animal Shelter at 3303 N. Hillside or call 838-9623.

Adoption fees range from $78 for cats and $78 - $106 for dogs. If you have questions about the adoption process call the Wichita Animal Shelter at 838-9623.

*The Wichita Animal Shelter doesn’t adopt Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Pit Bulls or any mixes of these breeds.
